I will guarantee that most of the enthusiasm had to do with wanting to see Tim Tebow in person. Why do teams/media/marketers so regularly underestimate the "Tebow Effect?"
Whatever you think the interest will be in your Tebow-related event, double it -- heck, triple it. Assume it will be much, much more than anything you've ever seen.
My only question: After following Tebowmania up close for the past three-plus months, why is Denver sports media so surprised?
