Gruden on Tebow: It's the Work Ethic

More Tebow-related reactions from Jon Gruden, after the coach worked with the player for his ESPN special tomorrow night:
"What I'm really impressed with is the way he sits on the edge of his chair and his work ethic and relentlessness to become great is really second to nobody."
Beyond the physical tools, Tebow will succeed in the NFL -- as a starting QB and, conceivably, a Pro Bowl QB -- because he will work harder than anyone in the league to do well.

That's why it is so important he ends up in the right context: With a coach (or coaches) who can develop him; with a good starting QB ahead of him he can learn from; and with talented players around him so that he isn't Steve Young on the Tampa Bay Bucs.

More here from Fowler.
