Late-breaking rumors tonight on ProFootballTalk that Tebow going to the Jaguars in the 1st round of the 2010 NFL Draft is a done deal, under the "team needs marketing help" theory.
I have always thought that NFL teams were WAY too competitive to let something like that happen -- what if the Redskins want him? Or the Raiders? They'll abide by some gentleman's agreement?
Much much more on all draft rumors between post-bowl and April, but here's the thing about the Jags: I love the "hometown hero" angle, but they need more innovative coaching to deploy him.
By the way: Charlie Crist is the new Mel Kiper, apparently.
