When you receive no less than 50 emails, all with the same picture, you have to publish it. It has made its way around the Web as something along the lines of "Best Halloween Costume of 2009." It's crude -- to be sure -- but as media criticism... well, it's probably fair.
(I'm underwhelmed that the guy couldn't even spring for a No. 15 jersey. The gimmick is probably below the waist.)
