The New Orleans Times-Picayune columnist Peter Finney ties into SEC Media Day today by offering up a particularly fawning honorarium to Tebow -- I'm sure local Tigers fans were thrilled.
I appreciate that Finney is a realist -- frankly, you don't find many "Tebow deniers" anyway. I think if I was an LSU fan, I'd prefer my columnists to have "begrudging respect" over "swooning."
